Oni Otis, the most fire skin in game, at the most reasonable price, tho come'on, as cool as Otis is, I can't do much without arms, and Shinra's just too cool to not be

I love oni Otis but I use W Otis because not many people know it exists but I say Otis isn't the option because of the lack of arma
