Man I've been rewatching the series with some friends who haven't seen it yet.

You'd be shocked the amount of times Hughie's been covered in guts.

I can count like 6 off the top of my head right now, and we've only got through season 1.

That was some of the best physical acting I've ever seen, so many emotions communicated as Hughie is frozen there trying not to get blood in his mouth.

i think he shot a few vought soldiers in the season 1 finale, but i haven’t seen the whole show more than once so i can’t really remember if it is

Dude, my gf is a HUGE Billy Joel fan, I really thought that after they lingered on Hugies face for a sec covered in blood, that they would transition to a Billy Joel montage

It reminded me of a lot of the way the scene was shot after he exploded Translucent in season 1.
