Who is the strongest being that Homelander could reasonably win against? Discussion

All of this low effort “muh buh Superman would beat the shit out of Omelinda” posts flood the sub everytime a season ends, but what foe would Homelander, though not particularly powerful when put against the classic superhero stereotype, struggle against but not get oneshotted by?

The Infinity Gauntlet is Universe Level. It can do anything. Thanos just used it.

If I was in an indestructible box, I wouldn't be indestructible.

No, but if you had wheels then you would be a bike

If you had petals you'd be a flower.

☝️🤓

Well actually, iron man is defined by the presence of the suit, you are thinking of "Tony Stark" billionaire philanthropist playboy

So if Iron Man’s in a flight suit, he doesn’t have flight

Iron Man built the flight suit.

Thanos found the stones.

They're not an inherent part of Thanos' power set.

Tony built Rhodey’s suits and some of Peter’s. Eitri built Thanos’ gauntlet. Howard made Steve’s shield. Need I go on?

Again.

Not an inherent part of Thanos' power set.

He had to go find the stones.

Using a universal weapon once (well, twice, but that time you destroyed it) because you managed to find all the parts to make it work doesn't make you Universal. Thanos still suffered massive damage to his arm after using the power. The gauntlet is universal. Thanos is not.

I mean I never claimed otherwise. My original point was that if you’re not indestructible if you’re in an indestructible box, then Tony Stark can’t fly if he’s in a flight suit. Then you said Tony can fly because he built his suit. So I said Rhodey didn’t build his own suit, posing the question of whether Rhodey’s exo suit abilities “count” to you or not

by this logic then Iron Man should also get the infinity gauntlet since he used it as well
