100%. I don't really have a moral issue with executing people who have committed particularly hanus crimes, if we can be absolutely certain they did it and it can bring some degree of peace to the victim's family. But there are WAY too many cases of posthumous acquittal, and even 1 case is too many.

Agreed. If there's even a sight doubt, then no.
