Duplicate Columns, how do I remove this?

Why is this showing? May be an easy fix but I have never seen this before haha. I am a student working on a project.

I’ve only seen that happen if you freeze panes to have A:C persist on the left, and then scroll left in the unfrozen part of the window to the sheet. Surely you can’t actually have 2 C columns? Looks like a rendering error by the application if so. Best guess, restart the pooter.
